Preparation, not
another blank chat box.

The intended workflow starts with the record and stays connected to it. Explore a fictional scenario, practise the exchange, then review what happened.

  1. Bring the material.

Start with a sample or a text record. Review the source lines before a question is asked.

  2. Face the questions.

The planned AI experience tests details and follows your answers, with the source always close at hand.

  3. See the exchange clearly.

Revisit the transcript and examine follow-ups. Never rewrite your memory to improve a score.

Practise the question before it matters.

LEX·SIM CrossExam gives victims who testify as witnesses the equal preparation the accused receives. The Crown does not represent you—Crown counsel prosecute on behalf of the public. If you are a witness, you are often the only person in the courtroom without a lawyer of your own. CrossExam combines the structured Crossed training method with real-time voice sessions, responsive witnesses, case materials, transcripts, objections, and scorecards.

Equal preparation

Prepare as a victim or witness with the same structured cross-examination practice the accused receives.

Planned product capability

A responsive counterpart

Question a responsive witness by voice or text in an isolated practice session.

Planned product capability

Structured advocacy practice

Train lawyers and law students in the discipline of cross-examining a witness through the Approach, Commit, Squeeze, and Kill phases.

Planned product capability

Review in context

Review the transcript, objections, missed opportunities, and performance scorecard after the session.

Planned product capability

Equal preparation for everyone who takes the stand—victims, witnesses, and the advocates learning to question them. This demonstration uses fictional excerpts and makes no assessment of credibility or court outcomes.

Ask about CrossExam
Is this a live AI cross-examination?

No. The practice room on this page cycles through three scripted, fictional examples. The product remains in development; this sample does not establish live voice or AI availability.

Can I upload my own material here?

This landing page has no evidence upload or storage. Use the fictional sample to explore the presentation of a source, question and answer.

Does the sample provide legal advice or score truthfulness?

No. It illustrates practice and reflection. It does not determine credibility, predict a result or tell a witness which facts to give in testimony.

Are subscriptions or prices confirmed?

No subscription purchase is offered here. The reference design includes illustrative plans; this page does not present those proposals as final pricing.

How do I request access?
