1. Pre-purchase disclosure
Before an online purchase is completed, the checkout will present the information required by applicable consumer law, including as applicable:
- the supplier's legal identity and required contact information;
- the Service being purchased;
- total price and currency;
- taxes and additional charges;
- recurring billing amount and frequency;
- subscription term and renewal mechanics;
- cancellation procedure;
- refund policy;
- material restrictions or technical requirements; and
- other prescribed information that applies to the transaction.
Immediately before purchase, the user will have an express opportunity to accept or decline the agreement and correct input errors where required by law.
2. Agreement copy
Where required, the purchaser will receive a retainable copy or record of the agreement within the legally required period.
3. Subscriptions
If a Service renews automatically, the purchase interface will clearly disclose the renewal interval, price or method of calculating price, and cancellation method before acceptance. Users may cancel future renewals using the method disclosed at purchase. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not remove statutory refund or cancellation rights.
4. Price changes
A material price increase for a recurring Service will be communicated before the increased charge takes effect, and any additional consent required by law will be obtained.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
The commercial refund policy presented at purchase applies subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory cancellation, refund, or charge-reversal right.
6. Failed payments
We may suspend paid features after a failed payment following reasonable notice where appropriate, subject to applicable law and any enterprise agreement.
7. Digital delivery
Digital forms, reports, publications, and software outputs may be delivered electronically. Any limitation on refunds after digital delivery applies only to the extent permitted by law and must be disclosed before purchase.
