Landlord Assessment uses the Ontario government’s public catalogue of final Landlord and Tenant Board orders and links each record to its published PDF.
What is synchronized
The search includes the official landlord field, building-level rental address, LTB file number, application code, document type, order date, document identifier, and government-published PDF link.
What is not republished
Tenant and occupant names are excluded from this search. Recognizable unit identifiers are removed from indexed addresses. The linked official order remains the controlling source and may contain more information.
Limitations
Ontario states that the party and address fields come from the pre-adjudication stage and must be checked against the order. Confidential orders are excluded. A later appeal, review, voiding, or set-aside event may not be reflected in the catalogue row.
